The websites are made in several official language versions, one of which is Czech. It is a combination of an e-shop and an advertising website. The offered products can be purchased for Czech crowns and delivered to the Czech Republic. 30 food supplements containing mushrooms, in particular are offered here.

1) The content of the websites violates requirements laid down by legislation as properties enabling to prevent, mitigate or cure a particular human disease are attributed to the presented foodstuffs and food ingredients, and this information is therefore in contradiction to Article 7(3) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011. A number of information stating so-called “medical” claims in connection with the food supplements offered in the e-shop is presented on the websites. More parts of the websites are linked to the e-shop, to the advertising sections, and back to the e-shop as well as to other websites.

2) The seat of the domain name holder superionherbs.cz is, according to the CZ.NIC database, located outside the CZ territory  (7 PHARMA LTD., Attila Nagy, 7 Whitechapel Road, Office 406,, E1 1DU London, GB).

3) Trade terms available on these websites state that company 7 PHARMA LTD., reg. number 11350379, seat 7 Whitechapel Road, Office 410, London, United Kingdom, E1 1DU is the operator of websites www.superionherbs.cz and the e-shop available here.

4) As the operator of the websites stated in the Trade terms available on www.superionhers.cz  is located outside the Czech Republic and outside the EU, the activities of the Czech supervisory authorities towards this entity are very limited.
