The websites are also in Czech version. The offered products can be purchased for EUR. The websites offer mainly food supplements of various categories. Delivery to the Czech Republic is possible.  

1) The e-shop offers, among other things, foodstuffs which, due to their declared composition, could be unsafe within the meaning of Article 14 of Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002. The foodstuffs in question are Palmas Yohimbine HCL 10 mg 100 capsules, WXN Labs Yohimbine 100 capsules, Dark Labs Yohimbine HCL - 100 capsules, Brutal Labz Yohimbine 100 capsules, Dark Labs Double Yohimbine 100 capsules, Swiss Pharmaceuticals - Yohimbine HCl 100 capsules, USA Supplements LLC Yohimbine HCl 200 capsules. The use of preparations derived from the bark of the yohimbe tree (Pausinystalia johimbe) is prohibited under Regulation (EC) No. 1925/2006. Consumption of foodstuffs containing yohimbine may lead to health damage.

2) Furthermore, the content of the website seriously violates the requirements laid down by legislation, as in relation to the presented foodstuffs and their ingredients, it contains information attributing properties which enable them to prevent, alleviate or cure a particular human disease, which is in breach of Article 7(3) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.

3) In case of some of the offered foodstuffs, the mandatory information is not complete, which is in contradiction to Article 14(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011.

4) Some of the offered foodstuffs are accompanied by unauthorised health claims violating Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

5) When placing novel food Agmatine Sulphate on the market, the seller is violating Article 6(2) of Regulation (EU) No. 2015/2283.

6) According to the e-shop terms and conditions (as of 19. 4. 2022), the seller is USA NUTRITION LTD, Newhaven, East Sussex, England, BN9 0DU, Company number: 6909822, Great Britain. This entity has not responded to the CAFIA calls and failed to remedy the detected unlawful condition.

7) The holder of the domain name americansupplements.eu was verified in the database https://whois.eurid.eu/cs/search/?domain=americansupplements.eu and is identified only by the contact email.

8) As the seller listed in the terms and conditions of the e-shop https://americansupplements.eu/  is located outside the Czech Republic and outside the EU, the activities of the Czech supervisory authorities towards this entity are very limited.
