The above address and telephone number are identical to the address of the premises of Funy Nature s.r.o. and the telephone number of the company Funy Nature s.r.o. Furthermore, the addressee of the complaint form is Funy Nature s.r.o., Tovární 9, 370 01 České Budějovice. These data are false. The website is illegally using the address and telephone number of the company Funy Nature s.r.o.

5) The only contact on the website in question, apart from the fake telephone number, the fake company and its premises address in České Budějovice, is the e-mail: info@mycoczechia.com. No response to messages sent to this email is provided.

6) The terms and conditions on the website include, among other companies, the company MYCO, LLC. Upon closer investigation, it was found that this is a company based in Washington, DC in the USA, which deals with services in the field of brand design, events and workshops. According to information available on the Internet (Linkedin), it is clear that MYCO, LLC is not involved in the production or sale of food or dietary supplements.

7) The domain registrant is in Iceland and the registrar is from the USA

8) The domain web hosting is also implemented outside the Czech Republic, namely in Canada.

9) The terms and conditions on the website include a sentence about distribution throughout Hungary. When approving cookies, Hungarian also appears. Furthermore, when removing a product from the cart, a sentence in Slovak appeared.

10) The natural/legal person is unknown and cannot be identified even from the order received, as they are not part of it.

11) The activities of the Czech supervisory authorities towards the operator of this website are very limited.
